are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All
orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.
No alterations or exceptions will be accepted. These
terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
The
prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and
exclude VAT and carriage. The total order value including
VAT and carriage will be shown on the checkout page
before the order is submitted.
Credit
or debit card payments will be taken on the date goods
are despatched. In the case of account holders, payment
must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Invoices will not be sent until the goods have been
despatched. The granting of account facilities is
at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline
account facilities to any individual or company.
We
reserve the right to amend prices and product details
or data without prior notice.
Although
Myrna Ltd T/A Champion Products makes every effort
to ensure that the information displayed on this website
is accurate typographical errors and technical innaccuracies
may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee this.
We accept no liability for claims for damages or injury
arising from use of the information on this site.

we receive your order we will treat it as an offer
to buy. We will confirm receipt by e-mail. When we
accept your order, we will send you another e-mail
confirming prices and estimated delivery. We reserve
the right to refuse to accept an order on any grounds
we feel necessary. All orders are subject to availability.
DELIVERY
Although we try to maintain a good level and range of stock, due to the huge
variety, we are unable to carry every single item. All standard parts will
normally be delivered in 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Where
this is not possible you will be informed of the lead time by email and if
applicable we may give you the option of a substitute.
RETURNS
POLICY
We always endeavour to ensure that our customers are
satisfied with the goods we supply. If however, you
are not satisfied you may cancel your order by notifying
us by post, fax or e-mail, within 14 working days
from the date delivered. If you are returning the
goods due to a problem or fault with the goods, please
let us know at the time of notification. If there
is a fault or we have made an error with the goods
we have supplied we will collect the goods at our
cost. Other returns to us will be at your cost unless
agreed otherwise. We will not be responsible to you
for any other costs incurred due to faulty or incorrect
goods we have supplied other than a refund for the
amount paid for the goods.
All customer complaints will be dealt with as soon as is practically
possible. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 days.
